1. Depending on the method of piling, it can be divided into manual piling and mechanical piling. Common piling equipment includes hand-cranked cranes and diesel pile drivers. Hydraulic excavators are also often used to drive pilings.

2. When using a hydraulic excavator to drive piles, two people need to hold the piles in place, turn the bucket back to buckle the wooden piles, and press the wooden piles into the roadbed to a certain depth and stability. Then let the pile helpers leave and let the excavator push the pine wood piles down. Generally, one pile can be driven every 3-5 minutes, which is more efficient.

3. To make the compaction easier and increase the bearing capacity, when driving piles, be sure to drive from the bottom 4 weeks to the inner ring. The pile layout is preferably red plum blossoms, and the distance between piles should not be less than 3 times the pile diameter.

4. After piling, the pile heads should be sawn flat according to the designed elevation so that the pile top foundation of each pile is maintained on the same plane. The sludge squeezed during piling should be excavated and 20-750px thick graded sand should be paved on the pile top. The stone mattress is compacted in all aspects, and then the base concrete is poured to ensure that part of the load is transmitted to the soil between the piles basically through the mattress, and the sharing effect of the piles and soil is adjusted 5. Set the mattress under the basic The layer can reduce the pile-soil stress ratio and make full use of the function of the soil between the piles to expand the value and reduce the stress on the basic bottom. By changing the cushion thickness, the distribution of pile vertical load is adjusted. The thinner the cushion, the higher the pile load. The higher the percentage of the load in the total load. On the contrary, if there is no mattress, the effect of the soil between the piles cannot be fully exerted.
