Generally, a pile can be driven in 3 to 5 minutes. The work efficiency is high. In order to make It has a good effect and improves the bearing capacity of the foundation. When driving piles, the piles must be driven from the 4th circumference of the base to the inner ring. The arrangement of piles is preferably in a plum blossom shape, and the distance between piles should not be less than 3 times the pile diameter.

After the piling is completed, the pile heads should be sawed flat according to the designed elevation so that the top of each pile is roughly kept at the same level. The silt squeezed out during piling should be excavated, and a 20-30cm thick graded sand and gravel mattress should be laid on the top of the pile. Compact it, and then pour the bottom slab concrete to ensure that the foundation transfers part of the load to the soil between the piles through the cushion layer, and adjusts the sharing effect between piles and soil. Setting up a cushion layer under the foundation can reduce the pile-soil stress ratio , give full play to the role of the soil between the piles and reduce the stress concentration on the bottom surface of the foundation. By increasing or decreasing the thickness of the mattress, the sharing of the vertical load of the pile is adjusted. The thinner the mattress, the higher the percentage of the load the piles bear in the total load. The opposite is also true. If there is no mattress layer, the best effect of the soil between piles cannot be achieved.

The construction of pine wood installation is relatively simple. Pine wood piles are used for "logs". Do not cut them into other shapes. Special attention should be paid to the fact that half saws cannot be made into semicircles. Strong bending of semicircular piles will cause rapid failure.
