Pine wood piles are used more and more widely nowadays, so how to drive them?
Method\/Step 1:
Obtain pine wood pile.
1. You can purchase it at the timber wholesale market.
2. You can cut fir by yourself and then cut it with a saw. Before sawing, you must accurately measure the length of each section. (You cannot cut the fir in half into a semi-cylinder in order to increase the number)
Note: The obtained pine stakes are slightly longer than the designed pine stakes.
Method\/Step 2:
Tackle pine wood piles.
a. The top of the pine pile needs to be sawed flat. When sawing, it should be sawed according to the designed height (it can be slightly longer).
b. The small end of the pine stake can be used to cut it into a 30 cm long sharp end.
c. During transportation and construction, the pile body must be carefully protected, and the pile head can be tied with thin iron wire.
Method\/Step 4:
According to the design drawing, prepare pine wood piles of the required specifications in each area of the construction site, and determine the pile locations for driving the pine wood piles. (If you want to excavate, the excavator can already start construction and excavation at this time.)
Method\/Step 5:
The final step is to drive pine piles of matching pile length into the soil layer according to the pile position.
1. If the soil is soft, use the back of the excavator's bucket to compact the soil.
2. After the soil bag is firm, you can use the back of the excavator bucket to drive the wooden pillars vertically into the bearing layer, or use a rotary drilling rig to lift the wooden pillars into place, and then use manual services to drive them vertically into the bearing layer.
The above is the process of making pine wood piles. If you are interested in it or have any questions, please leave a message to discuss with us.
