2.1 Measurement and setting out: The axis setting out of this project is controlled by GPS measuring instruments, and the pile top elevation is controlled by a level. The setting out work is divided into two steps, as follows:
Rough sample: The line position is first positioned using GPS, and then a lime line is marked to mark the design estuary line; the elevation is measured while excavation, and the elevation is controlled at -0.9m±0.1m;
Fine sample: After the rough sample meets the requirements, two limit piles will be constructed in the front and rear direction of the first construction section, and GPS will be used to position the line. Nails will be driven on the piles to mark the designed estuary line. During construction, The line shape is controlled based on the 3-point line principle, and accurate verification is carried out every 3-4 meters of construction; the elevation measurement is controlled in accordance with the third-level level measurement standard, and the wooden structures under construction are measured through the nails on each limit pile. The height of the piles is controlled and accurately checked every 3-5 meters during construction.
2.2 Water flushing pile foundation: use positive and negative water guns to alternate water flushing of countersunk holes. Control the depth of the countersunk hole according to the elevation of the mud surface, and control the water flow rate from the water gun head to ensure that the depth of the countersunk hole is consistent with the design elevation of the pile tip to avoid excessive depth of the countersunk hole.
2.3 Pile sinking, stabilizing and fixing piles: Two operators will straighten and sink the piles to the design height. In order to reduce the horizontal force impact of the earthwork behind the piles and the blow-filled pipe bags on the fir piles, ensure that the piles are The body does not lean forward under the action of horizontal force. It is recommended to follow the backward tilt ratio of 10:1 when sinking piles. The top of the pile should be 15cm behind the front for construction, and inverted nails should be used to fix the two piles at the front and rear for positioning and support. The pile frame should ensure that the back-silt soil reaches basic consolidation after sinking the pile (not less than 6 hours). The pile can be removed only when it does not float or shake. The channel side bracket should extend the support time as much as possible to ensure the verticality of the pile depth. and tightly connected. A certain gap is controlled at the lower end of the pile depth to reduce soil loss and collapse. 2.4 Pile position measurement and placement The pile positions shall be measured and placed by professional surveying engineers using GPS. The pile positions must be reviewed and accepted by the owner and supervisor.
2.5 During pile driving construction, use known level points to control the pile top elevation.
2.6 When sinking piles, keep the external force applied in a straight line with the longitudinal axis of the pile body, and perform re-inspections during the construction process.
2.7 Correctly select construction machinery, reasonably arrange labor teams, and do a good job in equipment maintenance to keep the machinery and equipment in good technical condition to ensure construction quality.
7. Construction summary
During the construction of the first project, the safety control was under control, and no safety and quality accidents occurred. The construction technology and the operation level of on-site construction personnel gradually became mature, the construction process operations were smoothly connected, the combination of work materials and machines gradually became rationalized, and the quality of the project The implementation of dual control indicators with progress is good, and the dynamic control of the project tends to be a benign development trend.
