1. Purchase and storage:

2. When lifting, loading, unloading, and stacking timber, the pile body must not be subject to impact or vibration to avoid damage to the pile body. The wooden piles should be used in the order they arrive at the construction site. At the same time, the pile bodies should be checked for completeness. The pile storage area must be It should be solid and flat, and there should be no subsidence to avoid deformation of the wooden piles during storage.

2. For piling money, the top of the pile must be cut and smoothed first, and the pile body must be protected from collision scars. The pile head should be tied tightly with iron wire.

3. Production of wooden piles:

1. The diameter of the pile is strictly controlled according to the design requirements, and the shape is straight and smooth.

2. The small end is sharpened to facilitate driving into the force-bearing layer.

3. When more than 80% of the total number of piles is ready, the pile driver will be transferred for construction to avoid the pile driver stalling.

5. Pile driving by pile driver.

1. Select round wooden piles with the correct pile length, straighten the pile position, and drive according to the design requirements.

2. Drive the log piles into the depth required by the design, ensuring that they are driven vertically into the bearing layer.

3. Strictly control the density of piles to ensure that they meet design requirements.

6. Piling quality requirements:

1. The pile position deviation must be controlled within the range of less than or equal to D\/6-D\/4, and the allowable deviation of the verticality of the pile is less than or equal to 1 percentage.

2. When driving piles, if you feel that there is no obvious holding force when the wooden piles are driven into the soil, you should report it to the design and supervision unit in time.

3. Piles should be driven symmetrically from the outside to the middle, but the pile position must be severely moved.

4. As shown in the design drawing, mark the planned location of the wooden piles on the ground, and the piles can be driven only after passing the inspection by the supervision engineer.
