Nowadays, most artificial sites will choose pine wood piles as the foundation, so there are things to pay attention to. Many friends are curious about what precautions there are. Let the editor introduce it to you.
1. Pine piles are made of "logs". Do not forcibly change them into other shapes, especially not cut in half into a semi-circular shape. Semi-circular piles will quickly become strongly curved, which will be ineffective.
2. Do not mistake "pine wood piles" for "cedar wood piles" or other piles. Most common woods are afraid of water and will quickly turn black, deformed and deformed in water. Fir wood requires more attention in this regard and must not use.
3. The planning method of pine pile composite foundation is similar to that of ordinary composite foundation, except that the pile center distance is often very small.
4. It is necessary to consider the pile-driving impact force that pine wood piles can bear. The pile-driving impact energy is within 300kg.m; no matter how large it is, even a log with a tail diameter of 400px cannot withstand it.
5. The horizontal resistance of foundation soil in silt areas is generally very low, and the upper ends of pine pile groups are prone to overall horizontal displacement, which will cause damage to ground facilities; therefore, even if the horizontal load requirements are not considered, most of them will be in the ground during construction. Laying a stone layer between the pine piles can improve the horizontal stiffness of the pile group as much as possible. The stone layer can only be laid manually. During construction, we must try to squeeze the pine piles one by one as tightly as possible.
Making of pine wood piles:
1. The diameter of the pile is strictly controlled according to the planning requirements, and the shape is straight and smooth;
2. The small end is cut into a 750px long tip to facilitate hitting the holding layer;
3. When more than 80% of the total number of piles are ready, the excavator is called in to carry out piling construction to prevent the excavator from being idle while waiting for piles;
4. Place the prepared piles in different sizes and application areas to prepare for pile driving;
5. It is prohibited to use other wood such as sand pole instead of pine wood.
Because the embankment is long, a test pile is driven every 50m along the direction of the embankment. Therefore, 25 test piles are selected to roughly confirm the pile length. The geological statement shows that the depth of the silt is 1.2m-3.2m. To ensure the success of the test piles, consider The particularity of this type of pile is that the length of the pile is 0.5 meters longer than the useful length of the pile in the same position.
Before piling, the top of the pile must be cut and flattened, and the pile body must be protected from bumps and scratches that may affect its function. The pile head should be tied tightly with iron wire.
