Common applications of fir wood piles
1. The selection of wood processed into various furniture. Fir furniture can be said to be famous. It is also one of the commonly used furniture woods. The main advantages of fir furniture are low price, good processability, no need for multiple maintenance measures, and easy to obtain. Suitable for most people to choose.
2. It is used as wood for engineering and river wood. The reason why it is used in these aspects is mainly because fir has good anti-corrosion properties. Even if it is used in a particularly humid and watery environment, it will not easily cause erosion. Use it to It's more reliable and lasts longer.
When the processing material is softwood, such as pine, fir, the waste liquid is diluted with a 6℅ ratio of concentrated liquid and water, that is, 1 volume of ISUPAR30 concentrated liquid plus 15 volumes of water. Pour the concentrated liquid into water and slowly stir evenly. When the disposal material is hardwood and bamboo, the waste liquid is diluted with water at a ratio of 10℅. When the disposal material is rattan, the waste liquid is diluted with water at a ratio of 5℅; when the disposal material is grass products, the waste liquid is diluted with water at a ratio of 2%.
When processing wood, soak the materials to be processed in the waste liquid for 1 to 3 minutes depending on the cross-sectional size. When processing bamboo, soak the materials to be processed in 15% of the waste liquid for 13-15 minutes. When dealing with rattan When processing , grass, and willow products, soak the processed materials in the waste liquid for 1 minute, or use rinsing or spraying to save the amount of product. This product cannot process frozen wood; large wood with a thickness exceeding 6cm should be processed. If cutting is needed, the incision must be reprocessed.
The normal dosage of waste liquid for protective treatment of various types of wood is about 20-30L\/m³, and the cost of protective treatment of different types of wood is slightly different.
